1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Polarr Tech's website and services. By accessing our site, booking a consultation, or becoming a client, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services or submit personal data.
2. Who We Are
Polarr Tech is a digital service provider operated by Joel Bardill, based in the United Kingdom, and planning to operate as a limited company (LTD). We specialise in local business growth using digital tools, automation, and websites.

3. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms apply to:
All website visitors, including those who book appointments
All paying clients who receive services from Polarr Tech
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. Our Services
We offer the following core services under our £100/month plan:
Website design, hosting, and support
Minor edits and updates (e.g. banners, promotions, text/images)
Appointment booking systems
SMS marketing (2 campaigns/month)
Google review automation
Analytics dashboard with software login
Data capture (e.g. via Wi-Fi)
Client database growth and management
5. Fees & Payment Terms
Monthly service fee: £100/month, billed in advance
First payment: manual invoice
Ongoing payments: direct debit from securely stored bank details
Clients are responsible for third-party costs (SMS, phone numbers, emails), as itemised in their onboarding
We do not currently charge VAT.
6. Contract Types
Clients may choose between:
A rolling monthly plan
A 6-month minimum term with incentives (e.g. waived 5th month)
Early termination of a 6-month contract will result in the full balance being invoiced for the remaining months, minus any incentives previously applied.
7. Cancellation Policy
You must give at least 21 days' written notice before your next billing cycle to cancel.
Late notice = the next month's charge will still be collected and is non-refundable.
Service continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Early cancellation of a fixed-term contract requires full settlement of the remaining contract value.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Maintain valid payment details
Respond professionally and in a timely manner
Provide branding assets, content, and any required login credentials
Avoid abusive or inappropriate conduct
9. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All websites, automations, workflows, QR flows, and backend systems created by Polarr Tech are the intellectual property of Polarr Tech.
Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these assets while subscribed. Ownership is not transferred under any circumstance unless explicitly stated in writing.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend services after 3 days of missed payment
Revoke access to hosted platforms after cancellation
Terminate accounts for abusive behaviour, fraud, or legal violations
Services will resume once outstanding payments are cleared.
11. Support Hours
Available 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Response time: within 12 hours

We do our best to support your growth — but we do not guarantee:
Revenue increases
Review growth
Specific marketing results
Success depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
13. Data & Privacy
All data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to:

Ensure your own customers have given proper consent for communication, data capture, and marketing
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Lost profits, sales, or data
Downtime caused by third-party platforms
Our total liability is limited to one month’s service fee (£100).
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Polarr Tech against any claims, damages, or legal action arising from:
Your misuse of our services
Content you supply or promote
Violations of data protection, spam, or marketing laws
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Clients will be notified of changes via email at least 7 days before they take effect in the next billing cycle.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
